I woke up today earlier than I’m used to and I decided to do a little Zumba. I honestly hadn’t done it in a while mostly because of my work schedule and lack of classes after 8pm.
I did a simple 18 min video I found on YouTube and I broke a sweat! Felt good going back to Zumba.
Some of the audio in the third or fourth song is kind of off, but just followed the moves and got it done.
