So, here we are, December 31st. Below you will see our “Before” pictures. Hopefully this all plays out well and we get to see awesome after pictures. We started this year wanting to be more active and workout more, but somewhere along the way we lost it. This year we are more focused on what we want to achieve. We will be working out at least 4 times a week and hopefully every week we can see changes in our body. So here we are: December 2014.
