30 Day weekday veggie challenge.

I’m tired of eating meat and feeling like shit.

For a whole month I will attempt to only eat veggies Mon-Fri giving myself the weekend to eat whatever meat I please. Kind of like a cleanse I guess. I’m giving myself the weekends because my boyfriend and I like going out on weekends to eat at different restaurants.

My goal is to ultimately try to be vegan. That is an ultimate goal, like far beyond my reach at the moment but I’m hoping to get there eventually.

Breakfast: Soy Chorizo with papas and egg
Snack: Fruit
Lunch: Veggie Chili
Snack: Granola
Dinner: Planning on Boca and Sweet Potato
